This is a really tasty filling breakfast! You can add your favourite toppings and use any sweetener alternative.
Ingredients.
Serves 4
2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp milled flaxseed
1 tsp coconut flakes
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp black treacle or preferred sweetener
Method
Add the almond milk to a large jar or bowl and start adding the other ingredients stirring through as you add. If you do not add gradually you will get clumps, especially with the chia seeds. If using a jar you can put the lid on and give it a good shake otherwise make sure you can thoroughly mixed all the ingredients using a spoon.
Leave over night to soak and it is ready to eat! Add your favourite toppings like berries and nuts or have it on its own.
If you are making for the week just double the quantities.
