Kefir Berry Breakfast Smoothie

This is a breakfast smoothie I have most mornings. It is so easy and really keeps me going. It is at its tastiest when made fresh, however if I have a busy week ahead I make up to three days in advance and pour into individual glasses and cover with cling film.

Ingredients

Serves 1

1 cup frozen mixed berries

Half a banana

1 cup milk kefir

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 heaped teaspoon flaked almonds

Add all the ingredients and blend well.
